Privacy controls
Start with where the data lives
Most basketball information exists only on your Android device. Purchase-service records follow a separate, privacy-safe request path.
Local app data
Edit roster information in Full Court. To remove all local Full Court data, use Android's Clear storage control or uninstall the app. This cannot be undone through a Full Court account because no account or cloud roster-sync service exists.
Entitlement-service records
If commerce has been enabled and you purchased or restored Pro, eligible operational records may be associated with pseudonymous purchase-token digests or safe correlation identifiers. Because there is no Full Court account, support may ask you to use an in-app privacy-safe correlation value to locate records.
Make a request
Email privacy@kobe.net.au with the request type and the minimum safe correlation information requested by support.
Do not email player data, databases, purchase tokens, Integrity tokens, passwords, payment information, signing material or service-account credentials.
Google Play records
Full Court cannot delete purchase or account records controlled by Google Play. Use your Google account and Play controls for those records.
Identity and lawful exceptions
We may need enough information to verify and locate an eligible request without collecting unnecessary identity data. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes.
We will acknowledge and respond to access or correction requests within a reasonable period. As a general target, that should not exceed 30 calendar days. If a request is complex or cannot be completed in that time, we will explain the delay and expected next step. Where applicable, a refusal will include reasons and available complaint options.
