Using Full Court
Full Court is a basketball rotation-planning and live-substitution aid. A coach remains responsible for player welfare, safety, supervision, competition rules and every real-game decision. The app is not medical advice, safeguarding advice or a guarantee of equal real-game court time.
Local information
You are responsible for the information entered on the device and for having permission or another appropriate basis to use it. Keep only what is needed, especially for junior players. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may permanently remove local records because Full Court provides no account or cloud roster-sync recovery.
Optional Full Court Pro subscription
Full Court Pro is an optional subscription inside the existing Full Court Android app. It is not a separate app. Core Team, Rotations and Live Game operation remains available without Pro.
Available plans, localised price, taxes, billing period, trial or introductory-offer eligibility, renewal date and cancellation deadline are shown by Google Play before purchase. If the Play purchase sheet differs from general marketing copy, the Play offer governs the transaction.
Renewal, cancellation and access
A subscription renews automatically for the period displayed by Google Play until cancelled. Manage or cancel it through Google Play. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and verified access can continue until the end of the period shown by Play.
Approval in a client purchase screen does not by itself grant durable access. Full Court verifies the state with Google Play. Pending, declined, cancelled or unverified purchases do not grant new Pro access. Grace, hold, pause, refund, revocation and expiry follow the authoritative Play state.
Service availability
Core offline courtside operation remains available during a network or entitlement-service outage. Previously verified Pro access is not extended beyond its last verified expiry merely because a recheck is unavailable.
Refunds and billing disputes
Google Play handles payment methods, billing and refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer law. Full Court support can investigate restore or entitlement issues but cannot promise a Google-controlled refund outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or service, attempt to bypass purchase verification, interfere with security or availability, extract another person's information without authority, or use Full Court unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Full Court's software, site, visual design, branding and supplied content are owned by or licensed to the provider. Subject to these terms and Google Play's applicable terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. You retain any rights you have in information you enter into Full Court.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change with reasonable notice where required. Access may be restricted for security, unlawful use or material breach, subject to applicable law. Consumer guarantees and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Consumer rights, liability and governing law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful or unintended use, inaccurate information entered by a user, failure to follow player-safety or competition requirements, or events outside the provider's reasonable control. This does not limit liability where the law does not permit that limitation.
Subject to any non-excludable rights and any law requiring otherwise, these terms are governed by Victoria, Australia.
