Information stored on your device
Full Court stores information you enter—such as team and player names, jersey numbers, rotations, Game Cards, timing settings, Live Game state, match history, coach notes and season records—on your Android device. Full Court does not provide an account or cloud roster-sync service. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for the app, so clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently remove this information.
Use minimal or synthetic details where practical, especially for junior teams. The coach operating Full Court is responsible for having an appropriate basis to enter player information and for following their organisation's privacy and child-safety requirements.
Full Court Pro and purchase verification
If you choose to buy or restore Full Court Pro through Google Play, the app may send a Google Play purchase token, selected product and base plan, a pseudonymous installation identifier, package and app-version information, request identifiers and Play Integrity evidence to the Full Court entitlement service. The service asks Google Play for the authoritative subscription state and returns an entitlement result.
Full Court does not receive payment-card or banking details. Google Play processes payments under Google's terms and privacy policy.
Integrity and security
For protected purchase, restore and entitlement requests, Play Integrity may process app metadata, licence status and device or security information. Full Court uses its verdict for fraud prevention, request authenticity and service reliability—not advertising or cross-app tracking. Raw purchase and Integrity tokens are excluded from logs.
Operational records
The entitlement service may retain keyed token digests, subscription state and revisions, idempotency and notification-deduplication records, acknowledgement status, privacy-safe correlation identifiers, and low-cardinality service diagnostics. Encrypted purchase-token recovery material used for acknowledgement is limited to 48 hours and deleted after successful or terminal resolution. Idempotency records use a 24-hour expiry and notification deduplication records use a seven-day expiry.
Entitlement history, support correspondence and operational logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, resolve support requests or disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. They are then deleted or de-identified where practical and lawful.
Diagnostics and configuration
Firebase Crashlytics is disabled. Full Court does not currently send crash reports through that service.
Firebase Remote Config is disabled; the app uses safe compiled defaults.
Full Court does not use Firebase Analytics, advertising identifiers, advertising, website trackers or marketing cookies.
What never belongs in the entitlement service
Team, opponent, player and coach names; jersey numbers; rosters; rotations; substitutions; Live Game events; Game Cards; venue or coach notes; participation history; and any future Coach Assistant input or output remain outside the commerce backend contract.
Service providers and disclosure
Limited information may be processed by Google Play and approved Google Cloud services to operate purchases, security and hosting. Those providers may process or support the service from Australia and other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards. Full Court discloses only information reasonably necessary for those purposes. It does not sell basketball or coach-note information and contains no advertising.
Security
Network requests use encrypted transport. Backend access is designed for least privilege, secret values are excluded from evidence, and private signing or service credentials are never shipped as readable app data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and deletion
You can edit local team information in the app and remove local data through Android's Clear storage control or by uninstalling. To ask about eligible Full Court backend records, follow the data-request process. Full Court cannot delete Google Play account or purchase records controlled by Google.
